  • The person making the reservation for the minibus or coach is in charge of every passenger. If you need to cancel your reservation or the designated person won't join the group, let us know as soon as possible, along with a contact number for replacement.
  • The cost at the time of your inquiry determines our pricing. If the reservation is changed, there can be a fee. The mentioned pricing is valid for seven days only. Unless otherwise decided, it can be changed after that.
  • The number of passengers indicated when booking determines the minibus or coach to assign. To ensure that there is enough seating, do let us know if there are any more passengers.
  • Modifications to the reservation, including altering the time or date, may include extra fees. While we will try our best to comply with any requests for modifications, we must add to the cost to ensure they can be made.
  • The customer should ensure the journey complies with all applicable laws regarding the driver's working hours. Any delays resulting from circumstances beyond the customer's control will be handled appropriately. On the other hand, delays brought on by consumer actions could incur extra fees.
  • Sometimes, a minibus or coach bigger than the reserved could be given for free. Even though it might not match the one in the reservation, the vehicle will still be up to mark. 
  • Sometimes, the vehicles provided for transport range from differing models and ages. In some instances, the vehicle that was originally allocated for your reservation may not be available and therefore an alternative shall be provided.
  • Occasionally, a driver from a different company will travel the entire distance. We make sure that the drivers are experienced and skilled.
  • Unexpected events like traffic jams or mechanical issues can create delays. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Because of uncontrollable delays, we are unable to provide refunds.
  • When making a reservation, a 25% deposit is required. 7 working days before the trip, at least, the remaining amount must be paid. Paid in full at the time of booking is also an option.
  • Our drivers' responsibility is to ensure the safety of every passenger. When there is misconduct or illegal activity, the driver has the right to step in and correct it.
  • The possession or consumption of alcohol while onboard depends on our prior approval.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the minibus and coach. The trip will be terminated if you violate this policy.
  • The drivers will wait up to fifteen minutes in case of a flight or boat delay. If you are delayed beyond 15 minutes, additional charges and driver availability issues may occur.
  • Kindly notify us if you need more room for bags or luggage.
  • Some events, such as athletic events or festivals, require a cleaning deposit. There can be more costs if there is a lot of damage or mess.
  • Cancellation fees will not be refunded for deposits. If you cancel within a specific window, we will deduct a certain amount of your return away from you.
  • The make and model of the car can be different from what was originally reserved. Third-party providers can help make accommodations if the required car is unavailable.
  • We shall try our best to return any missing property. On the other hand, lost or damaged property is not our responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions anytime. A notification will be sent to all impacted parties. 
  • We value your opinions and advise you to contact us immediately if you have any questions or reservations about our services. By booking, you confirm that you've read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
